Nathan Williams founded Williams Lighting Control Services, LLC — operating as Wilco Services — after nearly two decades of hands-on work in commercial lighting controls. He holds CSLT and CLCP certifications and is OSHA 30 safety certified.
Lighting controls isn't just a job for Nathan — it's his special interest and passion. As an Autistic professional, he brings an exceptional level of focus, precision, and dedication to every project. He's also a proud advocate for neurodivergent individuals in the skilled trades, demonstrating that skill, hard work, and empathy go hand in hand.
Nathan has been married to Rebekah since 2013. Together, they relocated to Houston, TX in 2015, where they continue to build both their family and their business.
His approach is simple: be honest, be patient, and make sure every client leaves with understanding — not just a completed project. Every stakeholder deserves a voice, and Nathan makes sure they have one.

Rebekah Williams is the owner of Williams Lighting Control Services, LLC. A full-time Math Professor at Lone Star College — Tomball, she brings the same dedication to the company that she brings to her students every day.
Married to Nathan since 2013, the two relocated to Houston, TX in 2015 — a city that has become home to both their family and their business. Rebekah has enabled Nathan to follow his dreams and passions in the field he loves, providing unwavering encouragement, strength, and belief in the work Wilco Services does for clients across the country.
Her presence is felt in every project — not on the job site, but in the foundation of support that makes it all possible.
Rebekah's love of owls also gave Wilco Services something truly special: the inspiration behind Edison, our owl mascot and logo. Edison has taken on a life of his own — he's become a genuine member of the family, showing up on hats, shirts, patches, and just about everything in between.
While I may be the heart of the company, she is its soul.
